Celebrating neurodiversity in the workplace

1 in 7 people (more than 15% of people in the UK) are neurodivergent, meaning that their brain functions, learns and processes information differently.

This week has been Neurodiversity Week and it provides an opportunity to celebrate and recognise the amazing skills that neurodiverse employees bring to the workplace.

Tech businesses like ourselves here at Naimuri should be environments where Neurodiverse talent can really shine - especially when they're made to feel supported and part of an open and inclusive environment.
