Flexible working

We offer flexibility around our core working hours (7.30am-6.30pm) and you can decide whether you want to start late and have breakfast with the family or get going first thing and leave early to extend your evening social activities.
We don’t believe in overtime. Evenings and weekends are for relaxing and unwinding in whatever way you choose.

Hybrid/remote working

We are more than happy for you to work remotely or to a hybrid model (if your role permits). Technology has shown that collaboration and good work can still be produced from home or in the office.


Leave starts at 25 days per annum (plus all the usual Bank Holidays of course).

Travel and transport

If you’re someone with a love for two wheels, then we have a cycle to work scheme, on-site showers and cycle bays.
We also have free, secure, manned car-parking, and are a few minutes walk from the Metrolink and perfect for the local motorway network.
