My role is to manage Naimuri’s recruitment process, from approaching candidates to bringing people onboard.
What interested you in a career in technology?
Although I am not technical myself, I have always enjoyed speaking with professionals in the sector. There are so many creative and innovative people from a variety of backgrounds in tech, you will never have the same chat twice.
What areas of tech are your most interested in?

What is the best thing about Naimuri?
The supportive and open environment.
As the Recruitment Lead, I liaise/speak with every part of the business and it is amazing how that culture runs through each team.
