Well done to England's Women and their amazing and well-deserved European Football victory!
It was fantastic to see the nation get behind the women and hopefully this is a catalyst for change for women's sport across the board.
The technology sector has still a long way to go in addressing the gender balance issues, but like the world of sport, if we work collectively to inspire future generations and continue to shine the light on the female role models doing amazing work in this exciting sector and nurture those in the industry - then hopefully things can start to change.
