Earlier this week a few of the Naimuri team visited the Salford Foodbank to donate some of their time to support this amazing and heavily relied upon charitable resource.
We had a great time with Miriam and the team collecting food from the supermarkets, helping to unpack and sort the products, pack bags and load the van to send the parcels off to the food bank hubs.
The team at the food bank highlighted how the numbers of people accessing food banks has significantly increased over the last few years and people from professions such as teachers and nurses, are sadly needing to regularly access the service.
Volunteering is part of the culture at Naimuri and building connections with local communities and giving back.
The Salford Foodbank are always looking for more support, and can be contacted at: https://lnkd.in/eEggGRWH
