What is the best thing about working at Naimuri?

Knowing the work we all do collaboratively, goes toward making the UK safer.

How did you find the recruitment process?

Informative, slick and insightful.

Describe a typical day in your role?

Networking with talented individuals, understanding the needs for specific teams/requirements and how that goes toward supporting the business/future business in a strategic sense.

What are the main skills you need to do your role?

-Refined searches, people skills and understanding the wants and specific needs of the business.
-Being able to work effectively alone but as well as a part of a team.
-Utilising each other's strengths and recognising this can pay dividends in terms of 'time to fill', for example.

What is the biggest challenge you find in your role/industry?

In terms of challenge, it can be when there is a requirement that has a niche set of skills necessary for the role. That being said, this is also one of my favourite parts of the role - discovering that 'hard to find talent'.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy socialising with friends, attending the gym frequently, ticking off countries travelled whether it be backpacking or in a camper-van and mainly competing at football semi professionally.

What are your career aspirations?

To continue building my presence in the IT market, progress in terms of seniority/responsibility and to eventually dabble in the technical side too.

What would you say to anyone considering doing the same role as you?

Understand yourself and the market, recognise areas you are strong in and be willing to work at the areas you are not - whether that's increasing area knowledge or generally just 'having a go'.

re setting out to achieve to really consider whether you are progressing or not!

Rome wasn't built in a day - help is always on offer and being willing to ask for help/mentoring is a skill in itself.
