Business Analysis
Business Analysis bridges the gap between technology developers and users. By examining both the ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ states of a situation, we ensure that the right technology is built to meet user needs and improve user experiences.
Business Change
Business Change focuses on strategically managing significant organisational transformations. We guide the adaptation of processes, systems, and culture to achieve performance improvements, address new challenges, and meet evolving strategic goals.
User Research
Through methods such as interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions, we gather valuable insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations. We assess whether design solutions effectively address the needs in scope and align with user expectations.
User Experience Design
We create wireframes, prototypes, and final solutions that provide meaningful, user-centric experiences. Our designs prioritise usability, functionality, branding, and visual appeal to ensure optimal user engagement.
Comprising around 20 personnel at present, the capability takes the lead for:
  • Attracting and recruiting the best talent across the 4x role types to meet demand signals created by Naimuri’s Sector Leads.
  • Defining and maintaining recommended training pathways to ensure all personnel have a clear route to progression and personal development.
  • Fostering a fun and inclusive culture conducive to retaining the talent we have within the capability.
  • Championing and promoting technical best practice across the company.
  • Winning, resourcing and delivering Accelerated Discovery projects.

Accelerated Discoveries

Too often, the design and build of new technology is hampered and slowed by an unclear understanding of the business requirements driving the new technology and the end users who will rely upon it.

Naimuri Accelerated Discoveries are a fast and agile approach to requirement gathering and design commencement.

In a short burst of activity (typically either one, four or six weeks, depending on the package selected), our technology experts collaborate with our customers and their technology users to identify, understand, document and prioritise the key business requirements driving their development of new technology and to commence the design process to begin to understand what the end solution might look like.

Our customers come away from Naimuri Accelerated Discoveries with a clear and understandable requirement set, insightful prototypes to inform their technology development and a set of outputs to support their outline business cases.
