Shahzad Quraishi joined Naimuri in August 2021 and is a Business Analyst/Product Owner.
We spoke to him about what a Business Analyst does and the key skills that help him do his job.
What attracted you to come and work at Naimuri?
Describe what you do day-to-day….
I define, analyse, and manage technical and business requirements throughout the whole project cycle.
My role involves accompanying the customer throughout the entire software development process, to clear up any questions, propose improvements, define the scope and prioritise it and provide technological solutions.
I carry out team meetings and I make decisions and guide the team in the software development processes based on priorities previously agreed on with the client.
I am also the guardian of the project’s methodology and main promoter of quality.
